Challenge: Roche ID needed to unify its diverse portfolio of diagnostic solutions for infectious diseases under a single, cohesive visual identity. This was essential to communicate effectively across the board while allowing each specific portfolio to stand out.
Insight: In the intricate landscape of infectious diseases, visibility and prediction are paramount. Roche ID recognised the importance of presenting a unified front to navigate these challenges effectively. By encapsulating the diverse aspects of infectious diseases in a visually cohesive manner, Roche ID could enhance its communication strategy, making complex ideas more accessible and humanised.
Solution: The solution involved creating a versatile visual identity that aligns with Roche corporate guidelines while bringing a fresh, human element to the forefront. The chosen park scene illustration not only symbolises community and natural gathering but also serves as a metaphor for Roche ID's role in illuminating the path forward in infectious disease management. Each of the seven portfolios is represented by a figure within the scene, with the sun's rays selectively highlighting each area to focus attention sequentially. This innovative approach ensures a balanced representation of the broad spectrum of solutions offered by Roche ID, all while maintaining a single, harmonious visual narrative.
